Shipping, Returns and Sales Tax

3. Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including     shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order.

4. Tax will be applied to orders shipped to KY.

5. Payment methods are accepted through PayPal or Google secure sites.

6. All prices are subject to change without notice.

7. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

8. All forms of payment including credit cards, are subject to approval.

9. Inventory is subject to availability.

10. All products are shipped FOB from Dallas, TX 75367. Freight, crating and shipping costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. Items in stock are shipped within approximately 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based our response quotation within approximately 48 hours. These products are hand crafted, hand carved and hand forged and could require more shipping time if they are out of stock. Custom beds require three to four months and other custom orders could require more than the usual shipping time. All shipments are sent only to street addresses with house or building numbers. Shipments cannot be sent to Post Office Box numbers.

11. Cancellations are subject to approval. If a product has been shipped, there cannot be a cancellation.

12. There are no returns. The products are hand crafted, hand carved, hand forged or custom ordered. the products have been inspected and therefore, have no problems.

13. Damage Claims: Truck freight requires someone to be available to accept the shipment. Inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery. If there is damage, refuse to accept delivery. The trucking company will handle damage claims. Please inspect all UPS and FED X shipments promptly and notify us any damage.
